Each year the PPG try to organise a health forum or activity day around a relevant topic. This Year’s event which was on Chronic Pain Management has already started to receive very positive feedback….
If you came to the event, let us know what you thought … perhaps by starting a thread in the “Talking Health” online forum (Under the Resources Tab)
The PPG would especially like to thank Dr Kadambande, Consultant in Anaesthesia and Pain Medicine from Cardiff & Vale UHB ; Dr Bethan Jones Consultant in Palliative Medicine and Dr Jo Hampson Chronic Pain Psycologist ; Ceri Clatworthy Primary Health Pharmacist and Dr Jon Campbell of NCMC for their excellent presentations on the night; and very many thanks to Representatives from ‘The expert Patient Programme’; Maggies Cardiff; Darcey Orthotic Services; Maggie Beecher Otago Strength and Balance; Carers Wales ; Llanishen Hub. and Cardiff and Vale College for their demonstration of an an extensive range of complimentary therapies..
